These works are from preliminary rough sketches using pencil, charcoal, pastels and watercolor.  When I think I have brought them along enough, I scan them and then take them into Adobe's Photoshop.  I use a Wacom digital tablet which allows me to "draw and paint" and complete the work you see.  The term used today is "digital painting".

I was trained as a traditional printmaker and so now I "pull" my own prints off an Epson Stylus Pro 5500.  I choose to sign and number my editions in the traditional way.  On the reverse of each print is the date it was pulled.  That and the edition number become the print's serial number.

The works are printed on Arches Infinity fine art paper (230 g/m2).  It is mould-made, acid-free, lignin-free and 100% cotton.  It is museum quality.  The inks are Epson archival.

Something to ponder:

”The computer is the most powerful creative tool an artist can possess, and it is well on its way to revolutionizing the making of visual art just as word processors have transformed the way most of us write. Unique among all the various ways of creating art with pixels, digital drawing [painting] expands the definition of computer art to include work of the size, look, and level of detail of traditional media.”    Martha Bradford
